CWL produces the wire used for bolts, screws, extruded fasteners, springs and clips that join various components together. These often provide an essential and in some cases safety critical role.
CWL produces wire material in a size range between 2mm and 30mm for a wide range of cold heading fastener applications most of which are for automotive uses. The end use includes; rivets, screws, nuts, bolts and socket screws.
For the production of spark plugs, wire is supplied to some of the largest manufacturers who then use it to create the frame of the plug, which is then built-up with ceramics and other materials.
